Location:  Minneapolis, MN

Description:  60 loft units of varying size in Minneapolis’ North Loop Neighborhood near downtown represent a minimalist design approach to comfortable urban living.  An employee of Cuningham Group Architecture, PA (it’s “Urban” studio now Urban Works, Ltd.) at the time, this project was completed after my departure.
