Kasson-Mantorville High School & Community Center Design Competition

Description: While working as a designer for Cuningham Group Architecture, PA, we were invited to participate in a paid competition for the new Kasson-Mantorville High School & Community Center.  Our submission goals included indoor and outdoor built environments that inspire learning, create intuitive connections to the elementary & middle schools nearby, establish secure shared spaces with the high school and community center functions, ground the building to the site and it’s agricultural vernacular, and provide a high-performance building that is flexible to future needs.
