Usan Speculative Office / Tenant Improvement

Description: Our services were sought to renovate the exterior facade and interior spatial configuration to attract a particular clientele of interest to the property owner.  A mostly enclosed lava rock facade was opened-up to facilitate transparent shopping and office space and included brick in-fill common to the downtown area.  Wall sconces further highlight basketweave masonry while vertically illuminating brick piers.  Light shelves bounce natural light deeper into the office spaces improving productivity and reducing artificial lighting costs.  I was an employee of Architects IV, Inc. at the time, now Kreck Ojard Associates, PA.
